For most countries, there are no additional fees upon delivery. However, depending on your local laws, customs duties may apply in some regions. Please check with your local customs office.

We package our lights with extreme care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a free replacement or the necessary spare parts right away.

Once your order is placed, we process it within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically, orders arrive within 10 to 21 business days.

Unless explicitly stated in the product description, bulbs are not included. This gives you the freedom to choose the specific color temperature (warm, cool, or daylight) and intensity that best suits your space.

Most fixtures come with standard guides. However, for hardwired pendant lights and wall sconces, we strongly recommend hiring a professional electrician to ensure safety.
