At FURNOO London, your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns only in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns for large items, such as oversized lighting fixtures or custom-made pieces, unless they are faulty or were shipped in error. These products are made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer, and therefore all sales are final once delivered in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and undamaged
• In their original packaging
• Complete with all original components

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all approved returns.

As our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, all returns must be sent to the manufacturer's address (not a UK return center). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a reliable, trackable, and insured shipping method, with prepaid postage and full insurance covering the item’s value.
