The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Import Duties & Local Charges

Most orders arrive without any additional action being required. However, depending on the destination country and the origin of the shipment, local customs authorities or delivery partners may occasionally apply import duties, taxes or clearance fees.

These charges are determined locally and are separate from our free worldwide delivery service. Where applicable, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
